- 1.1Minecraft Connection Data: Minecraft in-game username, Unique Identifier (UUID), IP address, ping latency, client game version, and connection timestamps when you connect to
mc.bloodhoodnetwork.fun. - 1.2Web Account & OAuth Data: When signing in via Discord or Google OAuth, we receive your public profile identifier (Discord User ID or Google ID), username, display avatar URL, and verified email address for account authentication.
- 1.3Gameplay & Telemetry Logs: In-game public chat messages, command history, punishment records (LiteBans infractions, mutes, warnings, bans), and competitive minigame leaderboard scores.
- 1.4Support Ticket Conversations: User messages, attachments, feedback, and resolution histories submitted through our Support Ticket Portal.
- 1.5Store Transaction Records: When purchasing ranks on our store, our payment processors provide transaction reference IDs, package names, timestamps, and usernames. We do NOT store or process your credit card numbers or banking passwords.
2. How We Use Your Information
- 2.1Service Delivery: To connect your Minecraft client, synchronize store perks and ranks, display global leaderboards, and authenticate your web dashboard sessions.
- 2.2Network Security & Anti-Cheat: To detect malicious bots, enforce punishment blacklists, prevent DDoS attacks, and protect gameplay integrity against cheat clients.
- 2.3Support & Ticket Resolutions: To investigate player reports, resolve bug submissions, and deliver email transcripts of closed support inquiries.
- 2.4No Selling of Data: BloodHood Network does NOT sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal information to third parties, data brokers, or advertisers.
3. Cookies & Security Technologies
- 3.1Session Cookies: We utilize secure, encrypted,
httpOnlysession cookies strictly required for keeping you authenticated on the web portal. - 3.2Cloudflare Turnstile: We use Cloudflare Turnstile bot detection on login and support forms to protect our infrastructure from automated spam and brute-force attacks. Cloudflare evaluates browser telemetry without harvesting personal tracking profiles.
4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Service Providers
We share data only with verified third-party infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate BloodHood Network:
• Discord Inc. & Google LLC: For secure OAuth single sign-on authentication.
• Cloudflare, Inc.: For DNS routing, SSL encryption, DDoS mitigation, and Turnstile bot protection.
• Neon Tech & AWS: For encrypted database hosting and server infrastructure.
• Hostinger SMTP: For automated delivery of support ticket email transcripts.
5. Data Retention & Account Safety
- 5.1Account data and rank records are retained for the active lifecycle of your account on BloodHood Network.
- 5.2Punishment logs and security audit records are retained indefinitely to ensure continuous rule enforcement and fair play.
- 5.3Staff Security Guarantee: Official BloodHood Network staff will never ask for your passwords, authentication codes, or sensitive private credentials. Never share sensitive personal data in public chat channels.
6. Your Rights & Data Deletion Requests
You retain full rights over your personal data under applicable data protection laws. You have the right to request a copy of your stored data or request the permanent deletion of your web account.

7. Government Privacy & Regulatory Compliance
- 7.1GDPR & UK GDPR Compliance: EU/UK citizens enjoy full statutory rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including the Right to Access (Article 15), Right to Rectification (Article 16), Right to Erasure / to be Forgotten (Article 17), Right to Data Portability (Article 20), and Storage Limitation (Article 5(1)(e)). Support transcripts are automatically delivered upon ticket resolution, and inactive records are routinely pruned.
- 7.2COPPA Compliance (Children's Online Privacy): BloodHood Network does not knowingly collect personal tracking profiles or target behavioral advertisements to minors. Cloudflare Turnstile provides non-invasive human bot verification without harvesting personal behavioral cookies.
- 7.3CCPA / CPRA (California Consumer Privacy Act): California residents have the right to know what personal data is collected and request deletion. BloodHood Network does NOT sell, share, or monetize personal information under any circumstances.
- 7.4Indian Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023: All personal data is processed solely for specified, lawful gaming and customer support purposes under explicit consent and reasonable security safeguards.
